She considers her spouse as her friend, guide as well as mentor. Her spouse Mr. Angad Kumar Singh was also awarded with Child Welfare Award by Hon’ble Ex President of India Smt. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil.

Having firm belief in Principle of Trustee ship enunciated by Gandhiji, she has been ardently advocating for active participation of citizens in program implementation. Every institution belongs to its workers and via engagement of citizens including women, children and vulnerable sections in program implementation a dynamic ambience can be created. After all foundations of India lie in participative, bottom up and inclusive approach. What distinguishes her is her Vision to usher in the women led development agenda where women play key role and act as harbinger of change in the society.
